1. Privacy by design

PantheonSwap is built to collect as little data as possible. We do not require accounts, registration, or identity verification (KYC), and we do not ask for personal information to perform a swap.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, government ID, or KYC documents. We do not connect a wallet or read your balances. Swaps are performed using the deposit and receiving addresses you provide.

3. Information you may provide

If you contact support or subscribe to swap notifications, you may voluntarily provide an email address. It is used only to respond to your request or notify you about your swap, and never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Technical data

Like most websites, our infrastructure may temporarily process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention. This data is not used to build advertising profiles.

5. Cookies

We use minimal local storage (e.g. your chosen language) to make the interface work. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Blockchain transparency

Transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which are outside our control and permanently visible. Consider using privacy-preserving assets and practices if on-chain visibility is a concern for you.
