By accessing or using PantheonSwap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. PantheonSwap is a non-custodial swap interface — you remain in control of your assets at all times.

2. No custody, no accounts

PantheonSwap never takes custody of your funds and does not require accounts, registration, or identity verification (KYC). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the addresses you provide. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible.

3. Eligibility & compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that using PantheonSwap is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations. Do not use the service for any unlawful activity.

4. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Rates are estimates and may change with market conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantheonSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from network fees, failed transactions, or incorrect address entry.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
